Santosh Kumar Nahar is a promising young violinist.

Santosh was born into a musical family. His initial training came from his father, Prahlad Prasad Mishra a vocalist. This violin guru was T. M. Patnaik.

Santosh Nahar has merged the vocal style of Gayaki with the tantrakari style common to instrumentalists of north India. He is fast emerging as an exciting young violist. He is a regular and popular performer in various music conferences and festivals.
